Client information is disclosed only with your authorization, to the taxing authorities in connection with filings you approve, to subcontractors or software providers bound by confidentiality obligations, or where disclosure is required by law, subpoena or professional standards. Client documents are exchanged through secure portals rather than email attachments wherever possible. Access is restricted to personnel working on the engagement. Records are retained for the period required by professional standards and applicable statutes of limitation, then securely destroyed.
